Design & Engineering

A successful part starts with a design that works in the real world. We provide CAD design and product development services for custom components, assemblies, tooling, fixtures, and specialty applications.

We can work from existing drawings and CAD files, physical samples, measurements, or an initial concept. Our manufacturing-focused approach helps ensure that parts are designed not only to function correctly, but also to be practical and efficient to produce.

3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering

When drawings and CAD files don’t exist, we can work backward from the part itself.

NoStone Mfg. makes extensive use of Peel 3D scanning technology to capture complex physical geometry and create accurate digital references for design and manufacturing. This is particularly useful for components with difficult contours, irregular surfaces, compound curves, or interfaces that would be time-consuming to reproduce using traditional measurement methods alone.

Our reverse engineering capabilities can be used to:

Reproduce obsolete or unavailable components
Create CAD models from existing physical parts
Capture complex geometry for modification or redesign

Machining

We provide machining services for prototypes, replacement components, custom parts, and production runs. Our flexible approach allows us to support one-off projects as well as repeat manufacturing.

Fabrication

Contract Manufacturing
